FOGO Warrior – Privacy Policy

FOGO Warrior (“the App”) is a lacrosse face-off tracking tool created by Analog Fusion LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

By using FOGO Warrior, you agree to the practices described here.

We do not require you to create an account or provide an email address to use FOGO Warrior. However, the App does collect and store the following information:

Player Profile

• Player name (for example: the FOGO’s name or nickname)
   

User Content

• Face-off videos recorded within the App
• Face-off tag data recorded within the App
• Notes or comments you add about a face-off, game, or event
   

Usage and Analytics Data

• Information about how you use the App (for example: screens viewed, buttons tapped, session length)
• Basic device and app information (such as device model, OS version, and app version)
   

Identifiers

• An anonymous app/user ID generated by Firebase (we do not know who you are in the real world from this ID)
   

We do not collect:

• Email address, phone number, or physical address
• Payment information
• Health data via HealthKit or similar APIs
• Precise GPS location
• Contacts from your device
   

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the core functionality of the App (logging face-offs, games, and events)
• Store and display your videos, statistics, and history over time
• Improve the App’s performance, reliability, and user experience
• Understand general usage patterns (for example, which features are used most)
   

We do not use your information for:

• Third-party advertising
• Cross-app tracking
• Selling your data to data brokers
   

FOGO Warrior uses the following third-party services:

Google Firebase (Google LLC)

• Firebase Authentication (anonymous sign-in)
• Cloud Firestore (data storage)
• Cloud Storage (video storage)
• Firebase Analytics (usage analytics)
   

These services store data on our behalf. Their use of data is governed by Google’s privacy policies as well as our configuration of these services.

Your data (videos, notes, stats, and profile information) is stored in Firebase in the cloud.

We retain this data for as long as it is needed to provide the App’s functionality or until you ask us to delete it.

If you would like your data deleted, you can contact us at [support@analogfusion.com] and include “FOGO Warrior – Data Deletion Request” in the subject line. We may ask for limited additional information to verify your request.

FOGO Warrior may be used by parents, players, and coaches involved in youth sports. The App does not require an account or email address, and we do not knowingly collect contact information directly from children.

If you believe we have collected personal information from a child in a way that is inconsistent with this policy, please contact us at [support@analogfusion.com] and we will review and address the issue, including deleting data where appropriate.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using reputable cloud services and limiting access to production systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

• You can choose what name to enter for the player profile (for example, initials or a nickname).
• You may request deletion of your stored data by emailing us at [support@analogfusion.com].
• You can stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App from your device does not automatically delete cloud data, so please contact us if you want your data removed.
   

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
